We DO NOT accept any returns/exchanges, if in doubt we encourage you to get in touch. We aim to provide photos that are as accurate to the piece in each listing - although variances in colors due to different cameras/screens may occur. Rest assured that our variance is never so great that you receive a crystal that is totally not as displayed in the listing.
Any damage in transit, please get in touch with the carrier with your tracking number - as once your item leaves us, responsibility is within the hands of the carrier. We pay extra attention to packaging our crystals, thus we are confident that they will be safely received.
